01 // THE SHORT VERSION
We collect very little. If you reach out via our Contact form or subscribe to the Partner Program, we collect your name and email address. That's it. We use that information solely to respond to your inquiry or fulfill our obligations under any agreements you enter into with us. We do not track you, we do not sell your data, we do not share your data, and we do not use cookies or analytics.
02 // INFORMATION WE COLLECT
The only personal information Aradia collects is what you voluntarily provide when you:
- + Contact us: Name, email address, and any additional content you include in your message.
- + Join the Partner Program: Name, email address, company name, and any details necessary for Stripe KYC/KYB compliance.
We do not collect, sell, or share any other personal information. There is no web analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party tracking scripts, no fingerprinting, and no cross-site tracking on any aradia.com page.
03 // HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information exclusively for the following purposes:
- + Communication: To respond to your inquiries, provide information about our services, and maintain business relationships.
- + Compliance: To fulfill KYC/KYB obligations required by Stripe Connect for the Partner Program.
- + Operations: To deliver services under any active agreement, including SLA support and hardware deployment coordination.
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the services you have requested.
04 // DATA STORAGE & SECURITY
All personal information collected by Aradia is stored on our own physical infrastructure — the same on-premise systems we deploy for our clients. Your data never leaves our control and is never hosted on third-party cloud services.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted storage, access controls, and regular integrity checks. Backup procedures follow industry-standard practices with daily encrypted rsync transfers to our secondary storage.
05 // DATA RETENTION
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by applicable law. When information is no longer needed, it is securely deleted.
06 // YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of any personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to any legal or contractual obligations requiring retention.

07 // COOKIES & TRACKING
Aradia does not use cookies, web beacons, analytics tools, or any form of user tracking on any of our websites. We respect your privacy in a way that most companies do not.
08 // THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The only third-party service we use that processes personal information is Stripe Connect, for Partner Program payouts. Stripe is a PCI-compliant payment processor with its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum information required for KYC/KYB compliance and payout processing.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
