Every Aradia deployment ships with an optional managed SLA. You retain absolute control over when we touch your system.

+ Change Orders: Custom agent and workflow development outside included SLA hours is billed at a flat $450/hour change-order rate.

> TCO PARAMETERS: Values incorporate hardware, staging setup, SLA updates, and a baseline 17.5% compound annual API cost inflation rate on public cloud models.
> TAX SHIELD (SECTION 179): Savings displayed do not include potential Section 179 tax deductions (US). Deducting the full purchase price of the appliance in Year 1 may reduce effective hardware costs by an additional ~21%.
> ASSET RETENTION: Unlike cloud subscriptions (100% sunk cost), Aradia appliances are physical assets. TCO calculations do not subtract the 5-year secondary market residual value of the hardware.
Structured Payment Terms
Our structured corporate transactions are configured to mitigate capital risk for both parties.
// Risk-Isolated Deposits
The initial deposit fully covers the baseline raw hardware cost prior to vendor procurement. This structure protects Aradia from carrying raw capital or inventory exposure on custom physical orders.
// SLA Balance & Billing
The final contract balance is due once our Staging Studio Validation Report is provided. Managed SLA invoicing is billed monthly, pre-paid in advance, beginning on the appliance's delivery day.
If a client cancels a contract before deployment, we retain a non-refundable administrative recovery fee:

All physical units carry a 12-month standard hardware warranty. We provide a 14-day re-staging guarantee if configuration drift is detected.
