# Zero-Overhead Connect Payout Flow

Aligned with the Hollow Corp Zero-Fixed-Cost model, all onboarding, bank payouts, tax reporting (1099), and KYC are handled programmatically by Stripe.

**How Payouts Work:**
1. A lead visits aradia.com/?ref=PARTNER-ID, storing client cookies.
2. Upon successful customer settlement, a checkout event succeeded hook is dispatched from Stripe.
3. Our backend endpoint looks up the attributed Partner ID and Connected Account ID from our ledger.
4. Our API calls Stripe's Transfer API, splitting the setup and SLA fees.
5. Stripe Express routes the funds instantly to your Connected Account, requiring zero manual accounting on our end.
